My own journey began with my studies in clinical psychology. In an effort to further my training, I journeyed into clinical hypnotherapy. This led me through a path that involved studying energy medicine such as reiki, healing with crystals, theta healing and immersive meditative experiences to name a few.
Inspired by these unique concepts, I began an introspective journey towards self-healing and awareness while also working professionally with clients. Over time and through various stages of soul consciousness exploration, I have been labeled many things including hypnotherapist, counselor spiritual healer and energy healer until eventually realizing that what I do is best classified as “soul coaching”.
During sessions my goal is to remove layers of ego, pain, suffering and trauma while integrating one’s soul light which conveys their true essence – pure, majestic & healed; fully connected with divine.
